Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds:

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
Damage or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged or defective product.
A replacement or refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the damaged or defective item.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process, and a new order can be placed for the desired item.
